Glyph has developed a proprietary web-based project management software application to ensure strict adherence to internal quality control protocols across the company regardless of the location of our employees. Clients benefit from real-time coordination among all project staff that shortens project delivery timelines and standardizes production methods.
In addition, Glyph applies industry-standard translation environment tools to leverage the client's existing localized content, improve consistency across all localization products and enhance the speed at which projects can be completed. Included in Glyph’s arsenal of tools are the TRADOS Workbench suite, the SDLX suite, HtmlQA, HelpQA, RoboHelp, Alchemy Catalyst, and SDLPhraseFinder.
Glyph believes that technology is useful to the localization project only insofar as it provides value to the client, whether by enhancing quality or improving the bottom line. It is always Glyph's objective to adapt its technology strategy for any given project to the client's existing infrastructure, often using our internal software development team to create solutions on the fly to integrate with the client systems.
