Process
Clients work with Glyph's perceptive staffing specialists to define the scope and duration of the temporary position and precisely what skills will be required. We then recruit the best candidates in the market, carefully prescreening each potential employee and setting up interviews with the client. From the outset, the client is aware of the exact cost of each individual candidate. This puts the client in a strong position to make effective decisions regarding the value of each candidate. Once the temporary employees are selected, Glyph performs all of the Human Resources administrative tasks required in setting up the employment contract and insurance benefits. Throughout the assignment, Glyph handles payroll management including payment of all relevant state and federal taxes. If the client is ever dissatisfied with a temporary employee, Glyph will find a replacement immediately to ensure that client initiatives stay on track.
