How do I log in? Why can’t I log in?
- Usernames and emails are case sensitive. Please use all lowercase letters to log in, unless otherwise advised by your account manager.
- Have you already signed up? It is necessary to go through an initial sign up process, which will require you to reset your password. Please contact your account manager for an invitation email if necessary.
- Click on “forget password” to reset if necessary.
Can I invite a new contact into the portal?
- Yes, click on “add contact” to do so. Please be sure to provide an email address with all lowercase letters.
What do all the tabs on the dashboard do?
- Dashboard – general overview of your current work in the Portal
- Quotes – information related to your quotes
- Projects – all your projects in one place
- Invoices – an overview of your payables towards your language service provider
- Reports – a repository of all reports
How can I provide source files for my request?
- When you request a quote or launch a project, you can either upload files you have, or paste unformatted text directly into the request window. This is both more secure and more reliable than an email attachment, and there is no file size limit.
Can I upload files after a quote being requested?
- Unfortunately, our portal doesn’t let you upload files once the quotes/projects are requested. However, we are working on a solution to provide a secured FTP site for file upload after quotes/projects are requested. Please reach out to your account manager for specific instructions.
Can I request a different language as source language other than English (US)?
- Yes, Glyph provides services in different languages, you can pick the appropriate source language in the drop down list while requesting a quote/project.
I can’t find the target language(s) that I need for the request.
- We have a default language list for most of our clients that includes the languages we most commonly work with. However, we support more than 100 languages. If you need a language that isn’t listed here, just send a note to your account manager (or to info@glyphservices.com) and we will make them available for you in the portal.
